Cimarron Steak House

I ate there a number of times during my 6 week stay in OK. Service was fast even when they were busy. The prices were great and the portions were big.. My steak was cooked as ordered each time. The side choices were great. The atmosphere was perfect.

A steakhouse that uses "fake" potatoes (instant.) Aren't potatoes cheap? Don't waste your time or money. The food is subpar. I would rather eat at a chain restaurant...the food is better. Very sad because the atmosphere is cool and this place had potential.

The Sundance Kid is a very nice plate and sirloin. The salad has improved, but needs more variety. The cowboy beans are fair but you have to remember to ask for them. The cooks and waitstaff are good. Steak was cooked right.

The steaks were very bad. We ordered them medium rare and they were on the very middle outside was burned and the steaks were very dry. Service was great, we had been going there for years but will not go back again for a while.

It's been a very long time since I have been able to go out just me and hubby. When we got here I slipped and almost hit the ground because the tile ramp was very slippery. Everyone stopped and stared which was seriously embarrassing. Waited 15 mins. For a waitress we ordered and the salad eventually came and there must have been an entire bottle of dressing on the salad it was nasty. An hour later we get our food and we asked for well done and they cut the cow and put it on a plate and sent it out to us. Wet disappointing. The manager came by and said she would credit the food if we were leaving as if I was expected to pay for terrible service and food that I never touched wow this was very insulting. What ever happens to good old fashion quality food and service. Sadly we weren't the only table complaining every table that surrounded us had a complaint. They are a joke here they probable have away 400$ worth of food in thy hour. BEWARE OF SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE.
