First time to visit Salt Grass at this location. The food was still great and properly prepared. The difference from this location versus Norman's was: the floor pan, not quite as opened up; our server was not as attentive (due to the floor plan?) to refill our glasses.
It was nice to see Grant, originally the manager from the Norman location and visit a moment. I believe if the floor plan was changed, our server may have been able to watch us closer from afar and tend to us accordingly. Otherwise, this review would have been a 5.

It was an o.k. experience. Nothing to write home about. The steak was good. The chicken fried steak was severely underwhelming the others in our party ordered. Too much breading. When you looked at it as it was placed on the table it looked great, but half of the diameter was meat, the rest was batter, plus the thickness of the batter. Then when you asked for additional gravy, it was served in basically a thimble. Not worth asking for. I would definitely save the money and have a better experience at the ranch steakhouse.

First and last time eating at Saltgrass. The wait staff were pleasant. However, they messed up 5 out of 5 meals and did not comp any part of the ticket. We all ordered steaks. They served 2 of us the wrong steaks entirely, 1 of us the wrong sides, and 2 of the steaks were cooked incorrectly. The manager came over to get everything sorted out, but didn't apologize for the errors or offer to comp even 1 meal. The steaks themselves weren't seasoned well. Two of the steaks had more fat than meat. The server didn't pay attention to our drinks as they needed refills, but he was friendly. The steakhouse is a casual restaurant, but if you have the choice between Saltgrass and the less expensive Outback, I recommend Outback.

Ordered the 8oz steak and BBQ shrimp. Both were great. Steak was ordered medium and came out almost perfect. Wife ordered 8 oz sirloin well done (no pink) and again it came out perfect. The BBQ shrimp is definitely different but worth trying once. The Silver Start back reminded me of a copper beer (but that's not a bad thing). The server was nice (Gabreal) without the I, but talked way too much for what I'm comfortable with. His service was great though and he was super nice. Overall good food, good atmosphere, but as others have started, can get the same order cheaper down the road.

This place is awesome! Every time we go in our steak is juicy and so good! The service is always phenomenal! I highly recommend them!
