LongHorn Steakhouse

The whole restaurant smell like dead cow or human. I almost threw while our waiter is showing us our table. I hope the food that we are taking home is safe to it. I don’t know how people eat here with this terrible smell. We love the food and the restaurant. But with this bad smell now. I don’t think we will comeback to this location. just close the restaurant for half a day and clean it. Please don’t make others sick.

My husband said the Chicken Parmesan needed more seasoning. My brother's steak was overdone. My plate had a hair on it. They brought me a new steak and potato. There was so much black pepper that I teared up with the first bite. After recovering I scraped as much of it off as I could. I was only able to eat a couple more bites. It was still too hot. My brother finished it off. We've eaten here before but with better results. Our waiter was good. It will be a long time before I go back.

Our visit was after a movie. The wait seemed long for being so late into the night. The entryway and waiting area had an over all bad smell like bad body odor. I understand that we went later in the night and we left 30 min before closing but running a sweeper that sounds like its on its last leg when people are trying to eat / be on a date is just dumb. Also leaving cleaning supplies out in a very visible place does not look good. If this was like tgifridays i could understand this but this is a steak house. To me that means a higher level of service. The only saving grace and the reason i didn't give it less stars was the wait staff were mostly nice and our steaks were AMAZING!! You all have a prime location being so close to another steakhouse and the wait is much shorter but that should not mean crappier service. We might try this again during the day like for late lunch early dinner and see how things are but it will for sure not be soon.

It was a Friday night so service was not that quick but still good and attentive. I ordered the sirloin steak and Parmesan chicken with rice and a side of shrimp. The steak was seared to long on the one side drying it out. The chicken Parmesan was so much better than the one I got at Charleston restaurant. The rice was a little under cooked but still good. The shrimp were delicious. Especially the garlic butter sauce. Again these are just my opinions but feel free to try for yourself.

WOW!! What a group. My husband is disabled. A friend brought him a steak from here. Usually it is very, very good. It is one of our go to places to eat. But for whatever reason this steak was so very tough. He called the restaurant to inform them. And the management personally delivered another steak to our home. My husband can’t get out and around with out help and I had to be gone for a bit that day. Now that is service from the heart with a smile. Made his day. Thank you all so much for this act of kindness. Oh and the Strawberry salad is my favorite.
