We love everything about Cinnamon and Sage Catering. We have had them cater events as large as a 200 person wedding down to a dinner for 10 and the food is always wonderful, planning is executed perfectly and service is great! We highly recommend Cinnamon and Sage for any and all catering needs!

I went soon after opening and the service was insanely slow. We had a reservation and it still took over 2 hours to receive our order. I brushed it off and blamed it on just opening. I decided to try it again last week now that they have been open over a year and made a reservation for a brunch with a few ladies. Upon arrival they had no record of our reservation and after scrambling to come up with a table for us we again waited for 2 hours before our food arrived and multiple people at our table had to leave before it arrived or have it boxed to go because it took so long. This was very frustrating and can no longer be blamed on just opening. Food tasted good but unless they get their act together and hire more kitchen help, if that's the problem, then I will not be eating here again.

If I could leave zero I would.... went to New Years brunch at this place because our favorite bbq place Kickback BBQ was serving here. Clearly stated on un-knotted's event page part of the brunch was "bottomless mimosas". Sweet was an extra benefit of going here for brunch. When the really friendly server brought us the bill we were charged for every single mimosa that our group had. We showed the server the advertisement who then brought it to her manager. Well to put it very nicely the manager was very rude to my family and said that she would not honor all the drinks and just gave us a discount on a few. Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I would stay clear of this place and their false advertising/extremely rude management. This completely ruined the brunch for us. We will not be back to any event that Un-knotted has and will make sure everyone we know, knows how they run their business!

Since there is not an option to choose zero stars, we will say that the one star can go to the poor waitress who handled herself well considering the overall awful experience. I came here on my lunch break- Ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup at 12:05. At 12:45 the waitress offered to grab the soup since it was taking so long. Sat there until 1:10 when I finally asked the waitress to ignore the rest of the order because I was already late. Waiting over an hour for a soup and sandwich combo is absolutely ridiculous ESPECIALLY because it was not even remotely crowded. Additionally, I was still charged for the cup of soup regardless of the terrible experience and wait time. I am in the restaurant business, and understand what a negative impact a review like this can have on a business, so understand that I was sincerely ticked off in order to bring myself to writing a review such as this. Considering the "off-the-grid" location in combination with the slowest service I've ever experienced, I would strongly recommend you all get your ducks in a row. You won't last like this.
