I would like to start this review by mentioning that the lady who actuallt works in the store is very nice and has good intentions.... But make sure you don't intend on having anything you need to return. The General Manger has no intention of working with customers. The cashier told me that they would work with me on returning the items but only for store credit that I assumed I would need to use at the same visit We were just 1 day past our 30 days on the receipt since it was the only day we both had off we went in. I originally spent over $150 dollars for bachelorette items. We didn't end up using everything. If you aren't absolutly sure you are going to use everything then I would recommend getting the exact same items from Amazon for a cheaper price and hassle free return policies. It is examples like this that force people to shop online and businesses like this to close down. Definitely not customer centered and no customer service flexibility.

Gave it 1 because 0 wasn't an option. My girlfriend and I came in this evening after some lingerie. The only employee was some girl who sat behind the counter oblivious to the customers in the store, who immediately returned to whatever she was working on at the counter after checking our IDs. When we finally found something she liked (no thanks to her), my girlfriend asked to use the dressing room. She was all but frisked on the way in, and the one outfit she liked didn't fit, and we were told they couldn't order her size (not a rare one). Already dissatisfied with the selection and service, we put back the thigh highs and garter we'd already found, and got ready to leave. When we got to the door, we were rudely interrogated about the items we'd been carrying, which we explained we replaced when we couldn't find a full outfit. After being given the stink eye on the way out, my girlfriend realized she couldn't find her phone. Thinking she may have left it in the dressing room, and already put off and angry from the terrible customer service, I volunteered to go in and check the dressing room. The employee sighed and turned away as she stood up (for what I assume was a theatrical eye roll) and reluctantly opened the dressing room, and was silent as I failed to find the phone, apologized for wasting her time, and left. The phone was found later on in the car, but I left then and there after all but directly being accused of theft. I would sooner buy trashy lingerie from Walmart than return to this store. The selection is better, and so is the service, not that that's saying anything. If anyone from their management even reads this, it was a girl with long, dark brown hair, dark rimmed glasses and wearing black and white patterned leggings. I'm impressed you're still in business treating customers this way. Will not be returning.

Dont buy Anything as a gift for bachelorette party. (clothing, stockings)
because they will not do exchanges even if you have the receipt and it's never been opened. Very bad business. Will never go back

Walked in husband was asked to remove his baseball cap or turn it around backwards. It's part of thier security policy. Good bye!!! We walked out. That's ridiculous. Customers lost because if it!
