This staff is friendly and nice.  I enjoy their knowledge about party supplies and ease to converse with!  They also know how to arrange balloon bouquets!

I went to this location for the first time on Halloween Eve. The gentleman helping with the costumes was top notch. He greeted us with a smile and kept making sure we were taken care of. The girls at the checkout we're also friendly. They were dressed festively and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Also the store was well organized and clean.

They dont communicate with customers I waited by balloon counter for 30 mins just to be told I needed to be in the check out line and then I waited their for an hour. Poor poor service

They have a huge selection of most things.  Disappointed that they didn't have more leggo themed party favors than they did.
