Party City

I hate coming to this party city. Worst customer service ever. I seriously waited 15+ min for a pinata. I spoke to the lady up front and asked someone to help. She called someone and no one came. The lady I asked for help. Saw me there standing for 15+ min and did not even ask to see if I was attended to yet. Will never come back here.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. No grace. Just know if you order from them in advance and pay for it they will throw it away with no phone call if you do not pick up at the time you requested. I continue to work with them because I don’t have a lot of options but I really dislike working with stores who do not have any consideration for the customer just policies. A simple “I’m sorry that happened and somebody should have told you about the policy at purchase” would have been sufficient. Instead only arguing it’s policy and absolutely no grace for life mishaps. My situation involved cancellation of my flight home and getting back around midnight but even when the example of a car wreck was used the response was yes that has happened before and it’s policy to throw away your prepaid product without mention of the policy in advance at the end of the night without so much as a phone call. I’m all for policies as long as they are communicated.

What a joke!!!!! I had to call and confirm my order THREE TIMES. By my third call, they were sold out of the balloons I originally ordered. The employee I spoke with on the phone did not apologize once. Terrible customer service and clearly they do not have a good process for online orders.

Love this place! It has almost everyone you need for holiday parties or special events. I come to buy my cake boxes, piping bags, and icing tips, etc.
