Dollar Tree

This Dollar Tree is a great location for all your shopping needs whether it's a shortstop quick stop or you need to grab a lot of things you can get anything from party goods to stuffing party bags do you utensils and utilities laundry soap garbage bags there really is something for everybody in this store and everything is $1. The management is overseen what's happening in the store they're on the ball and watching I saw him stalking and also open another register when the lines got long. There is handicapped access to the store and a lot of parking in the parking lot you should never have a problem finding any parking or to get your wheelchair up there if need be I was very happy that they open another line when they saw over for people in line that I was in they open one immediately and went on with checking people out and making money and making us happy.

Three employees that I saw working so why is the store closed early?! They just decide to lock it up early so they won't have to do there job. All I needed was batteries for an emergency and she basically just laughed at me and walked away with a smirk on her face. I know corporate wouldn't call them personally to close early as the other employee finally came and told me.... They don't even follow their own rules in store. Very rude and unprofessional. when they feel like it they might do the job right. From here on they'll be treated the way they are treating customers. NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE... UNLESS THEY'RE HAVING A GOOD DAY AND THEN IT'S JUST UNPREDICTABLE ATTITUDES AND MOOD SWINGS! No consistency on store hours at all!

Staff is nice and courteous, they were out of stock on a few things I was looking for but that's ok

Extremely unprofessional workers without a single idea of what customer service is about and staff wants to argue with customers. Store is super filthy and usually empty. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever encountered and they want to call customers out of their name over dollar items.

Employees consistently close 30-1hr before published closing time.
