Can't believe they won't let me make a simple deposit to my landlord that I made the same rent deposit every single month but in the different locations. Told me I had to wait for the manager to return from lunch. So I decided not to waste my time and drive 3 minutes to the different Citi location nearby. I finish making the deposit within 5 minutes!

I went there to deposit my company check on Thursday at around 3:15pm. The actual amount on the check was around $60k, but the deposit entered was $6k. I realized the mistake when I got back to the office, since the bank closes at 5:00pm I went back to the Citibank branch the next morning to ask the same bank teller to help remedy the issue. The bank teller asked me to go back to my office and wait for their email notice regarding this correction. I told her I can wait here until I get the response. She told me I give them a delayed notice, she couldn’t correct it right away. What does she mean by: “your delay notice!” I am very angry about this. She never apologize to me about this mistake instead the lady sitting next to her apologized about the situation. It is she who entered the wrong amount in the system. I don’t think the customer should be made to feel like it is their fault when the bank teller made the error. I think Citibank should train their employees to treat their customers better.

I had a great experience opening an account in this Branch. Ms. Maria Wilson was excellent in assisting me and my wife when we opened a savings account. She was patient and informed us about benefits and perks of our account. She even took time to assist us in depositing cash through the ATM. Excellent customer service. One of the best experiences i had transacting with a bank. Mitchell was also very helpful.

This is my first time writing a review for... anything, but this place is absolutely amazing!!! I came in for coffee and I walked out wanting to know more about CapitalOne. Finally a bank that gets millenials and is up on current trends. Folks were so friendly and the coffee was amazing! Even better than most places. I was half expecting the sales clerk to do their song and dance sales pitch but they left me alone to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely interested in learning more and coming back. Thank you

It says open until 5pm, its before 3pm and its all closed. Dont know if google is to blame or Citi itself.
