TD Bank

Extremely racist and rude. I walked in the lobby and waited for 20 minutes no one came out. A white women in and less than a minute later the clerk and security guard come out to greet her. Not only that but they let her go before me. I then let them know the situation and they were rude and dismissive. What is crazy is there was another employee helping someone at their desk who saw me and said nothing. I wasn’t going Ben coming to bank with them just to see if they exchanged currency for an upcoming trip. I won’t be banking or doing business with them in the future.

“Americas most convenient bank” … to who? The retired? Never open, atms never accessible. In Canada the TD banks are open during CONVENIENT hours.

Amazing how they asked$10 fee to cash a $150.00 check. Usery was never a good way to get someone to open an account. A zero could be placed before the five stars and I'd click it. How about doing a flat percentage like that interest you offer customers for savings and checking. Ooh that'd be awesome!!! Send my one Star back in the mail!!!

Always accommodating with Great Customer Service. Carlos is especially a tentativeness and very knowledgeable. Excellent service.

If 0 stars was an option they would have it, policy is not more important than customer service. TD Bank service is consistently poor regardless of branch and the fees are absurd. After banking with them for over 10 years, my account was downgraded to an "interest free" savings account over 3 years ago- Which makes no sense, how is that even a saving account? I requested to have the interest for the 3 years provided to me - which may have equaled a few dollars maybe 20$ max Managers refused to refund this money even after explaining I was a customer for 10 years and they stated it was my fault for not noticing. Then when I went into the branch the Service Desk supervisor offered me 10$ to stay but at that point it was too late Management at ANY branch I have been to is more concerned with policy than providing customer service. DO NOT BANK WITH TD!!!!!

I visit this branch a lot. I never had a bad experience, so not sure what's up with some of the bad rating's given. I recommend this office... they're cool in my book

these places in a great location and Ikea area in the Washington DC Metro area if you do this man can you work in your hair to very great place because he's in a really convenient location for you to go see my me and my walking distance. It's located right in the corner.

Desperately needed to use atm in vestibule when i got to work this morning. tried 3 times. each time i was hit with this- see pictures. a homeless man and his bong... wheres my safety? at 7:05 he is still there! are there no cameras? is it not minitored? like im going to go in there and take money out with this?

This location has 100% the best customer service ever.

I would like to open new account. I waited more than 30 minute, it is terrible
