I put $700 into this bank's ATM. It disappeared into the "B bin" said the incompetent, useless customer service rep. Apparently "nothing comes out of the B bin" once it's put in. Great! then where's my money? 4 calls later, the staff on the phone is helpless and had no interest in helping me find the lost checks, maybe because I'm not a member of their bank. If i could only give zero stars, citizens bank earned it.
Close to work, but I small site but very accessible. Parking is tough on this corner but if on foot, then it perfect
staff makes up for the long lines..
