I went to Citizens Bank yesterday to get quarters for laundry. The staff were SO nice and helpful. A man who worked there even gave me a surgical mask mine haven’t come in the mail yet. Highly recommend this bank and specially this location.

While the employees act like they mean well and are polite it's equivilent to TSA theater and they are all so bad at what they do even every other transaction requires them to             ask a question of a manager and sadly they all belong to cults who do way more harm than good. One employee is nice.
