The customer service was great.

This has to be the worst branch in the city, the staff is unfriendly, makes me wonder why I keep banking there..

I’m there at least twice a week. Everyone has been kind friendly and knowledgeable. Everything you expect from your bank. Dave B

Stare clear of this location, the manager is plain rude. Its unfortunate for TD bank that they have that guy running this location.

Don’t normally read reviews on a bank but checked these before coming in and had low expectations. Greeted warmly by the teller and then spent about an hour with store manager Alex sorting out all the problems I’ve been having with TD. I’d given up. Walked in positive I was going to switch banks, walked out very happy.

Came on a Sunday—place was clean and spacious. The customer service rep Steven was friendly and funny. They let me stay 20 minutes pass closing time to wrap up the task. Wouldn’t have had time Mon-Fri to go, very thankful for the customer service!

i have been there for over than an hour just to cancel my safe box deposit , poor customer service! They don’t care if you’re waiting longer than expected , they didn’t even say sorry for time ! Omg worst customer servie ihave ever seen

I’ve tried giving this branch a chance on multiple occasions but I am done with their employees! They are rude and unprofessional! This branch is conveniently located to my work but I can easily walk to the Winter Street Location and receive stellar customer service.

Terrible experience. Called the branch to inquire the information before I go. Waited at the branch for over a hour. Finally got to talk to the representative, just to found out that whoever gave me the info. On the phone was complete wrong. Time is $$$!!!
