Shouldn't you be able to trust your bank?   Rachel Perry, the manager, is a liar.  I entered a stop payment and it was not executed.  Rachel lied and changed her story to cover up the banks mistakes, suggesting that I was responsible.  Their mistakes cost me $4,000!
