Every Single Worker at this Branch is AMAZING!!!! They are always smiling and ready to help. All the time I have to go there I feel I am having a break during my work day. Very Very nice people.

Terrible customer experience here. I went into the branch was never greeted. Went and sat down to be seen reps were walking around talking to each other and I was never acknowledged. I was coming to do handle my business account. I’m really thinking of closing those 5 accounts

Great and convenient but the service is incredibly slow and the bank tellers move like molasses. Be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes just to withdraw cash. Ridiculous

I had a really short and nice interaction with Soumeya I think her name is! I actually needed to go to another bank but she still took the time to explain me the process.

I love the service here they help you quick friendly staff love it always..

There is always a line out the door. Be prepared to wait.

Customer service is really bad, I can't even understand what did she say because her accent but I still can tell she's very rude and trying to hang up while I was talking.
