City Brew Coffee

Usually it's a great experience coming here. Today was a different story. I saw sign saying that they are closing at 1pm daily because of staffing issues which I understand. The part I don't understand is why they shut down their machines like the blenders and the ovens 30 minutes before closing time when there is 30 minutes where they could've served customers. I won't be back until the hours are changed.

Insect maintenance desperately needed. I found a comfortable seat near a south facing window. Nice atmosphere except there must have been at least 20 flies buzzing around. I think they should invest in an electric flyswatter.

Probably the worst morning I could have had at all and as soon as I walked in the door I was like the flip of a switch if you get the chance to have an Emily help you give her much praise cuz she saved my morning

I told them what I wanted and then they tried to tell me I wanted something different and now my coffee tastes gross and I can't even drink it its so thick.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I have had too many orders that have been made incorrectly at this location and I’m tired of paying for incorrect orders. The staff is kind and friendly which is why I’m giving this location a 2 star rating, but I will be driving out of my way to go to a different location or different coffee shop all together.

They are always fast but wasn't impressed by the staff manager and all talking to a off clock employee who was leaning on counter for over 20 mins to gossip about I did learn that people there have some very tenuous relationships lol even pre covid this is dirty thing to allow made worse by management part-taking in it not just allowing it.

Great place to stop for breakfast as we traveled. Helpful staff.Food: 4/5

I'll be honest City Brew was my quintessential morning routine for a couple years. Covid has impacted them severely. Drinks are never made the same, each time I order something it's a new awful variation of what I had actually ordered. I think today is my last day being a City Brew customer, i have tried ordering my same favorite drinks about 1x a week for the last 5 weeks and not a single one I've drank because they're all horribly made and gross.
