Always have to wait in the drive up no matter what time of day. But the biggest complaint is the TINY Fillet of Fish, what has happened!!! You charge $4.29 for what 5 bites. Can’t believe how small your portions are
Order was wrong so we had to wait for a replacement, The smokey BLT was a sloppy soggy mess, looking nothing like the picture. Pretty gross and I tossed it after a couple bites. The happy meal my granddaughter had was as expected. The store was very clean and the senior lady working to keep the area clean was a delight. Better options around for a much better burger in the same price range.
This store is ran very shoddy. The employees do NOT pay attention to orders and details. I always have items missing from my orders. This time was a sweet tea, mocha frappe, and biscuit. I called the store and the male manager could have cared less. Told me to call doordash for a refund. No apologies, nothing but an attitude reflecting "not my problem lady"! At least 95% of total orders to this store have had items paid for but missing. Just a poorly ran store all the way around.
I eat here almost every day for lunch. Staff is nice, however the order is usually wrong and has to be remade. The biggest issue is the people assembling the sandwich. The tag is correct but the food inside the wrapper is wrong. I really wish they could do some better training.Food: 3/5
McDonalds should pay Chickfila however much money it takes to teach them how to run a fast food restaurant. I've been in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes started out 4 cars from the order stand and I'm still not even to the pay window. Amazing. Truly mind boggling that they are this terrible at a simple job. Will not be doing this ever again
Ordered 2 McDoubles with Mac sauce and Lettuce. I got one with Mac sauce and extra ketchup and one with Lettuce and extra pickles. ???? The one with extra ketchup had more ketchup on the outside of the bun than inside. Sandwiches are always a mess. How hard is it to put everything between the 2 buns? This was at the Shilo Crossing store in Billings,MT
I come here very frequently. It's usually a 10/10, but today the food was barely done. I can tell the fries were taken out well before they we supposed to. The fries were not salted and undercooked. My mcflurry was essentially a milkshake. I wished I checked my food before I left the restaurant.
This place is better than other McDonald's all the way around. The employees are so nice. The food tastes better to.Food: 4/5
Card readers not working so it was cash only and of course I did not have any. That's not the reason for the one star, the reason for that was because they put a sign up right on the order sign...... After you're already stuck in the drive through line....... Thanks for wasting my short lunch. Next time you're going to bother with a sign, try putting it a helpful place.......
One of the better McDonalds we have been too. Food was warm and fresh, noticeably not greasy, a BIG plus!! Atmosphere was welcoming.Food: 5/5
