I wish I could rate this store lower. the lady made me wait 10 min at the drive thru speaker, just to change the screen to lunch before she took my order : She could’ve informed me they were out of breakfast before she made me wait THAT long in silence. Needs better training

Covid blame. Worker Shortage blame. Whatever!! My crispy Taco Supremes were COLD. Not even room temperature, but refrigerated and not warmed at all when removed. Apparently had been prepared hours earlier and refrigerated. Pitiful !

I ordered a mexican pizza combo which contained 2 taco supremes. I paid extra and had them upgraded to steak supremes. The tacos came with steak and cheese only, not supreme. I added 2 sauce packets and received none. I ordered a drink and received no straw. I checked my receipt and the order was taken correctly, but filled completely wrong.

Honestly the freshest Taco Bell in town. However they always forgot items. They forgot an item in my delivery order and refused to do anything about.

Complete GARBAGE. Cashier was awful, messed up our order and food was not wrapped burritos properly so they leaked all over. Put food in a to go bag even tho we were dining in. Never go back there again!!!Food: 1/5

If laurel is slim pickings I go here. Solid no fail always got those craveable burritos here. Rock on taco bell heroes!!!Food: 5/5

Not a good experience. It's been a while since going to this location. What happened to the professional employees that use to work there. I won't be back

Some times they get it right, some times i pay for extras and don't get it.. Hit and miss, being generous with 3 stars, it's fast food, what can you expect!?

Have travelled a little bit recently, definitely the best service and food at any taco bell I've had in the last few years
