City of North Charleston Pool

This indoor aquatics center is quite accommodating with multiple areas to swim. There are multiple pools for swim meets and have open swim during specific times of the day. This facility houses full size changing rooms, showers, lockers, and restrooms.

Took our 2yo to the Saturday open swim session and didn’t have any issues. The facility was clean, lifeguards and the front desk person were all super nice. Outside of the posted rules, we asked if there are things the kids can’t/can do and they even offer toys in a cabinet for the kids to play with. Overall great experience and will be coming back again soon.

This is a great facility. Clean, nice lobby and locker rooms. The Olympic size pool is divided into two 25y pools, and there is a heated 85°F junior Olympic pool in a separate area for swim lessons, water aerobics, lap swimming and open swim. It was $4/each for the day, if you are not a member.

Great size! They have two major sides : training pool and competition pool. Right now with Covid though there are restrictions. No showers. That was a bummer. You can share a pool but not a shower area? Masks area required until you are at the pool. Anyone on the competition side wears masks unless in the water. Free swim is happening but limited to 30 persons at a time. Plenty of space to spread out.

Its $4 a day. It's also $40 a month if your going to go more often. I think there's a fee if your paying with card and not cash. There is also a military discount. Once you pay you can leave and come back whenever until they close. Good for doing laps. The pool is 25 yrds. IDK if there are just open pools I mainly saw the pools for laps. There's a deep pool and a not deep pool for anyone learning to swim. There's a nice locker room to lock your belongings while you swim and to clean off the chlorine afterwards.

Great swim center, one of our favorites to visit. Good views from all the stands. Great digital billboards and facilities look new and we'll maintained.

Great place for a swim meet. A bit too hot up in the bleachers. Vending machine and a concession stand.

Big pool that goes fro 3ft to 6ft open swim daily times vary by days but most 2pm-5:45pm daily 12pm-5pm on the weekends you do have to vacate the pool 15 minutes before it ends so I wouldnt go to late clean facility and big they have a water extractor for your swim clothes which is a god send lol they have snack and soda machines for anyone who's thirsty and hungry amazing staff

Beautiful looking facility. A great addition to the community. The parking not so great tho.
