Our cover was replaced, this time, by professionals who actually knew what they were doing. Our pool is 13 years old and this is our 4th cover, seemingly because the previous covers were either too narrow, which put a strain on the cover motor, or they were not installed correctly. Now, our cover glides smoothly when opening or closing, actually stops by itself when it's supposed to, and doesn't get stuck or hung up like it did before. I would recommend Pool Cover Solutions to anyone in this area looking for help or service with a cover. It is a family-owned company, and the customer service aspect, plus the specific knowledge set of the workers, is second to none.

This is a great Pool Cover Service group. Thanks to the expert service and maintenance, I continue to enjoy the pool cover which was installed in February of 2007. The staff is easily contacted and very supportive in arranging service needed. I heartily recommend this group should you be considering a pool cover and or need pool cover installation/maintenance. these guys care about their products. They worked neatly, consistently, and meticulously. Not a single detail was over looked. They took the time to do the job right. The pool cover was more than worth the investment.
