City Pet Club

I made the mistake of trying to trim my dogs fur on my own. Thank goodness for Alex and Tyler saving the day! They listened when I said I had ruined him and they’d need a miracle to make him look normal again but I also gave them permission to do whatever they wanted as long as it wasn’t floofy and Karenlapdog-ish. Not only did they save his dignity but also made him the coolest little badass in the house! My other dogs are jealous and may need to be next. Definitely going to them for all my future pet needs! Thanks again!

We absolutely love City Pet Club and so does our pup! Every time we bring him he runs inside excited as ever to go play and have fun. We trust City Pet Club with our fur baby for daycare and overnight boarding. We are so lucky to have finally found a place that our dog isn't scared of and actually loves going to!

Just boarded my cat here. He's never boarded before so I felt a little weird about it but after receiving photos, updates and a video, I felt so much better! Also the website had a report card status update and that was nice to see too! Osiris my cat got taken care of so well that I feel really comfortable boarding him again. Friendly staff, clean environment and great care of my little boy! Thanks for everything!!!

I took my dog to City Pet Club for almost a year before he passed away. He always came back tired and happy. The staff really cares about the animals, and they always greeted Hogan very enthusiastically. It was nice to know he had a great place to go when I would travel. Thank you City Pet Club!

My dog had a great time here! I get nervous seeing how many dogs there are for only 2-3 staff members but my dog took the leash from me and tried to go back inside to daycare after we picked him up from boarding for 3 days so that says all we need to know! He loved his time there!

We started taking our six month year old puppy here a couple months ago, and he loves it!! He runs in so happy when we drop him off! The staff is amazing and so kind to our pup! Highly recommend:

Excellent groomers. They were able to get us on the day we called. Our dog just needed his nails trimmed. When we arrived, we were greeted by name and they had us in and out in 10 minutes. I'm not from here but would definitely return to them.

My dog Ivory had a great time at City Pet Club! Clean facility with dog cameras to check on your dog when you're missing them during the day. The staff was always very friendly and learned her name after our first visit. They always gave a quick report of my dog's day there upon pickup. The groomer also did an amazing job with her haircut -- will definitely be returning for more visits and grooms!

I really liked this place for my 2 cats. It's obvious that the staff cares about all of the animals there and puts in a great deal of effort. Everything always looks clean and all of the cats and dogs look like they are really well taken care of. However, the cost of boarding cats went from $20/night/cat... to $32! That is a huge price jump. A quick google search and my own personal experience shows that $20-$25 is typical. But $32 is way too much for cats. I would understand if they were in some kind of luxury setup during their stay, but really it's just a 10'x25' room with a cat tree in the corner. One of the times they were there they had a "report card" which was super cute and lets you check in on them without bothering the staff, but the last 3 times they have stayed here there is no report card so I suppose it has been done away with. I was told the first time I brought them here that there would be a nanny cam type setup so you could check in on them whenever you want but there is not and the one in the dog area is always down. This price jump was not reflected on their website when I made the appointment, so having to spend an extra $150 after a day of traveling was an unwelcome surprise. This is the last time I'll be bringing them here as there is other game in town that charge much more reasonably.
