I have to say after several bad experiences with other companies, City Steam exceeded my expectations. Andrew and Dylan are very professional and knowledgeable regarding your carpet needs. Personable and on time, attention to detail , and a very thorough job well done. Our carpet was showing wear and they advised contacting Shaw regarding our warranty. I highly recommend them , and also love their cleaning packages. We purchased the Premiere. Please look no further for a fantastic Carpet steam cleaner! I would have given 10 stars !! Andrew was very friendly and professional. Cleaned more area than I had anticipated but kept the price the same. The end result was AMAZING! I highly recommend and will use again for sure. Thanks City Steam Clean!

HUGE Thank you to Andrew and Dylan for working some SERIOUS MAGIC on our carpets yesterday. I will definitely be recommending these to ANYONE who is even thinking about getting their carpets clean. I cannot say enough about City Steam Clean, carpet cleaning service. Gave me a estimate over the phone, The bill was exactly what he said it would be, no up or surcharge. Carpets came out looking and smelling great and done in under 2 hours. Yes the house was empty, but still done under 2 hours. I would use them again and again.
