Bock's Steam Star

I've used Bock’s Steam Star several times and, even though I’ve always been pleased with their work, I take time to get bids from others. Bock’s isn’t the least costly, however, they do fall within range of the other bids I’ve received. What I like about Bock’s is their work ethic. They always call before arriving, arrive promptly on time, come dressed professionally and wear protective covering for their shoes. Once at work, they've always done exactly what we’ve agreed on and then they go non-stop, scrubbing hard to get as much dirt from the rugs as possible! A bonus feature is that all of Bock’s technicians that I have encountered were all been very polite and easy to communicate with. Nice going Bock’s, I’ll be calling you for my next cleaning. A special thanks to Austin and Phillip for doing such a wonderful job during the recent cleaning.

Hollis + Miller had a great carpet cleaning experience with Bock’s Steam Star. Brian spent over an hour reviewing our office space and promptly provided us a quote the next day. He was detail oriented and the pricing was very reasonable. When it came time for our appointment, two technicians arrived on time and were both very professional, friendly and organized. The final product was beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend their services to any other company.

I knew my carpets needed cleaning because I have a couple big indoor dogs. I didn't realize how bad and just how dirty my carpet was until I pulled up a runner in front of my sofa. The carpet that had been protected under the runner was CLEARLY much cleaner than the rest. Bock's did an amazing job cleaning the carpet and runner. Looks like new again!

We've used Bock Steam Star on multiple occasions and they have been great! We had multiple pet stains that we pointed out and they were completely removed after the treatment. Their staff was very professional; on time for the appointment, courteous during their time in our home and went back to spots that I was concerned needed more attention because of stains. We have recommended them to friends who’ve used them with success.

They gave me a 3 hour window of 1pm to 3pm that they would be at my house and would call prior. They called a day before asking if they could move that window up to 10am to 1pm which I said was fine. So my pregnant wife and I started moving furniture so we could be ready for them. 10am came the next day and we waited...and waited...and waited. 1pm came no one had called or showed. I called them and of course no one answered so I had to leave a voicemail. So now that I had wasted over half of my Saturday and my home was in complete disarray I had to do something. I scheduled an appointment with Stanley Steemer online using my phone. It was a Saturday afternoon with no notice and they had two technicians at my door literally within 10 minutes of submitting that appointment request online. I called Bock's Steam Star on Monday to see what happened and to get a refund. I told them they no called no showed and they simply said, "Yeah we know, you want to reschedule?". I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer. DO NOT use Bock's Steam Star.
