Zerorez Kansas City

We had a wonderful experience. John was friendly, professional and great at communicating the process and costs. The grout in our tile has not been this clean since we moved in; we have three dogs and it’s was black with dirt. Now, completely clean again! We also had our area rugs done and they look like new. A couple are antiques and John took great care with them. We have tried other companies and will never use anyone else again. Thank you!

Extremely satisfied!! Jacob our carpet tech was one of the most respectful young men I've met. He explained what the process was before he started. The carpets look fabulous and the smell is refreshing. Especially with the pet order and stains we had. I would totally recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. Job well done Jacob!

The John arrived on time and got down to business! They were in & out very quickly and left my rugs smelling like new again! My chair surprised us all how it got so clean. I will recommend & use Zerorez again 100%! Thank you!

I had Zeroez clean the carpets in my entire house! John was great! He explained in detail what to expect before the job started. He also touched base with with me after each area was clean to explain what he found in each room. What a great pleasant attitude. Incredibly professional! We’ll be having them out again soon to clean our tiled areas!

Had 2 rooms and stairs cleaned on 12 year old carpet and it looks absolutely wonderful. All spots/stains came up. Technician was polite, courteous and explained everything he was going to do in detail. Will certainly use them again and recommend to all
