Pro Carpet and Duct Cleaning

On 7/27/2017 the South Kansas City area had some major flash flooding. I called between 5:45 & 6 AM and had to leave a message. I let them know my house flooded and wanted to find out how much it would cost to help get the water out of the carpet & dry. I was also going to ask them if they ripped out carpet and if so how much it would cost. I NEVER received a call back from the company. I completely understood many people had flooding and I also understood that I was calling before they were open, even though the website says 24 hours. I also understood they probably was not going to be out the same day due to so many people had flooding but NO return call is not a company that I would recommend. Part of the reason I picked calling this company was they had some good reviews. I ended up paying for a dumpster and ripping out the wet carpet myself.

I used Pro Carpet and Duct Cleaning services and I couldn't be more happier! They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I would definitely use them again in the future!
