I set up a commercial carpet cleaning for my office and I couldn't be more impressed with this company. Everyone from the girl who answers the phone, the gentleman who quickly came out and gave me the bid, and the carpet technician were so nice and professional. The manager was very knowledgeable, and had no problems explaining the process. My carpets look fantastic and I highly recommend!

Josh Woods with Musser's Advanced Carpet Care did an amazing job dyeing a fairly large bleached spot on my living room carpet (caused from a DIY over the counter carpet stain remover) that I used to get a red juice stain out, which didn't really get all the stain out, just the color of the carpet! So I decided to call in the professionals, and found this company on the internet, so I called and talked to a nice lady named Amanda and sent her some photos of my problem and she recommended Josh to come and look at it because "he always did a great job on dyeing carpets." She was right! Josh did such a great job, you can't even see where the bleached spot was! Trust me, leave it to the professionals if you get a stain on your carpet! I also had Josh clean the rest of my carpets and he did an excellent job on them as well. I will definitely use them again for all my carpet cleaning needs. Excellent Customer Service, reasonable rates and great, friendly personalities. I Highly recommend this company A+++++ :) Thank you!

Amazing work! They made my carpets look new! And a bonus for having great customer service skills from the receptionist to the gentleman who cleaned cleaned my carpet! Thank you for your amazing work! I would highly recommend this company!
