Brooke's Chem Dry Leavenworth KS

I had an appointment scheduled between 2-2:30 PM, I get a phone call around 1:30 to tell me he was going to be a couple hours late, I explained I had somewhere to be by 6:30 pm and needed to leave by 6pm, I was assured he would not make me run late (that was a lie) around 5pm I called him to see where he was, I was told he would be there in 30 mins. At this point I am very upset and tried to call the main office, no one answered which is their usual. He gets to my house and smells like an ashtray, he rushes through the job telling me he did our carpets before and remembers my husband, He gets done at 6:15 and the job was no better than if I had rented a machine from Walmart. I still have major dirt marks on my carpet and I will not be using them again. I highly advise you to look for another company one with better customer service.

Great service!!! The team was very professional from the moment I spoke with them to request services. There was a cancellation that morning and they called to ask if I would prefer an earlier spot. When they arrived the two gentlemen were ready to get started. The job they did was very thorough and they cleaned a particular rough spot right away! While both gentlemen were solid, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the young assistant. He was helpful, respectful and I liked his initiative. Top notch service that I highly recommend!!!

Very pleased in Lawrence, KS! Never used this company before nor had we done this type of carpet cleaning before. Kenny explained everything in detail what he would be doing. The majority of the carpet was dry in 1-2 hours, but what wasn't dry was very close to it, a very light dampness. Will use again and recommend to others.
