Thoroughly pleased with the service Brooke's Chem Dry offered! Steven was friendly, hard-working, and committed to customer service. I was thrilled with the carpet cleaning and his ability to eliminate stubborn pet odors that other sprays and chemicals couldn't. I highly recommend Steven and the team at Brooke's Chem Dry!

They called and were able to move my appointment up! For the size of the rooms I had and the awful stains left by my ex roommate I had little faith but was more than pleased with Brooke's!!! The carpets look great and dried in less than the suggested 2 hours. Will def be using their services again.

They were great! They picked up our area rugs and take them to their warehouse to a huge machine that cleans them very thoroughly! Rugs came back looking and smelling brand new! Took a little longer than I thought but they had great communication the entire time!

We had an over all positive experience. The upstairs carpets smelled fresh and clean. The downstairs-one spot soaked in cat urine-did not fair so well and, unfortunately, we still had to pull up the carpet even after the cleaning. To be clear, they did tell me the removal of animal smells was not guaranteed, so I do not fault them for that. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I would have liked some better communication. After the 2nd gallon of PURT was used on the car urine and it was clear that the smell/stain was not budging, it would have been, in my opinion, better business practice to let me know “hey, this is a tougher spot than expected, do you want me to continue?” Instead, another gallon was used which brought our total for the PURT alone to $150 on carpet we ended up having to pull up anyway. Again-I am not blaming them for not thoroughly removing the cat urine smell. I do, however, suggest, that a new customers use our cautionary tale to save yourself some money and make sure it’s even possible to remove the offending odor.
