Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties

Chem Dry has always done a good job on our carpet. We have 2 dogs, and they have been able to get stains out of the carpet, and they have not reappeared for the most part. Usually employees are pretty friendly, and help answer questions. Last time, less so, but still did efficient job. Price is a little high compared to some, but quality is better.

Arrived on time and completed the work within the time they stated. Had several comments on how much better the carpets looked when they were through.

John was was quick and effective (and non-judge mental) in removing many pet accidents from our carpets. He was completely professional. Highly recommend.

They were very easy to deal with. They arrived within the time frame that I was told they would be there. They did a really good job. Now, I feel comfortable sitting on the floor as were just moving in. . Thanks A1
