From the first phone call to their arrival it has been a very pleasant experience. They work with your schedule and are very punctual. The technician that cleaned my carpets threw in a rug cleaning on the house. It was my first experience using a professional cleaning service and they surpassed my expectations!! I received a very interesting experience and I was unhappy with the service provided. Upon this, I called and discussed the issues with the manager and she was extraordinary. Sierra/Ciara was also phenomenal to talk to, and handled my issues with tact and efficiency. The management was gracious and originally I was going to pay for my service and never use this company again, but after talking with their amazing staff I will be using their services again! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and problem resolution.

We just had a Child and Snow White gave us a discount because we had he was born 5 weeks early. Jason called me and i was ru. bug an hour late and made him wait an hour. he completely understood and didn’t hassle about it. did a very good job cleaning our house and was a very kind Gentleman. great job.

I HIGHLY recommend Snow White Carpet Cleaning. Their service is absolutely superior. I am a Realtor and property investor in Wichita, and have used many different carpet cleaning companies over the last decade. There is no question that Snow White has the best quality of cleaning. They can remove stains that make you think the carpet must be replaced. They have successfully tackled extreme pet urine/odors and cigarette smoke out homes for me. They also do a great job with water restoration! Snow White Carpet Cleaning is on top of call list! I highly recommend them!!!

Absolutely wonderful! Truly went above and beyond what we hoped! They arrived on time, were quicker to finish than they anticipated, and left us with carpets and upholstery far brighter (and faster drying) than we expected. As a church we have more than our share of foot traffic and food stains (including grape juice!), so we could not have been an easy challenge! Really can't say enough good about them, and will definitely use again and will recommend to everyone.
