Corrupt Officers planting evidence to get probable cause. I just watched a video where one of your Sgt's drops a small alcohol bottle to have reason to detain a citizen. You can see clearly while the citizen is walking along the sidewalk videoing there is no bottle on the ground anywhere. Yet your officer points it out. This makes one wonder how much evidence your Officer/s have planted in the pasted just to get a conviction to stick. Time for the big boys to step in and look into your department.

Sgt. Book is an officer that will plant drugs on a citizen to get what he was and this is why. I Just saw a video of Sgt. Book stopping a citizen for solely taking pictures in public. He saw a random empty alcohol bottle on the ground, tried to say it was of the guy that was filming. He then proceeded to require the citizen to do a field sobriety test and said he believe the citizen was intoxicated in police based on that bottle he saw. The citizen clearly did smell like alcohol but the Sgt. Was just phishing to have a reason to I.D or arrest him. That is a clear example of a tyrant.

Too ready to "jump the gun" if you will.Seemed they had no common sense to follow normal law procedure. Once i had a auto accident in town and they didnt handle it properly whatsoever.

This police department is wholy corrupt and anyone facing any charges or been convicted of anything should take their case back to court. There is a video CLEARLY showing an office PLANTING "evidence". Do not let your case go unchallenged!!!!
