We were completely ignored along with another costumer who was Hispanic, the salesman didn't even bother to great us when we entered the store or ask us if we needed any assistance for the entire time we were there, 2 other families "both happened to be white" walk in and he rushes out to the door to great them & makes sure it's obvious that we're not welcomed. I did buy a pair of shoes anyway. all I hope is that the person owning this franchise sees this and adress it with that salesmen I think his name is Kyle

If it were possible to gives them no stars I would. When I worked for the company they did not pay well and my whole staff was rude. Now that I no longer am an employee they can't even answer their corporate office phone so I can receive my w-2. This company is the worst
