Love this store. They have the cutest shoes. The staff is super nice and helpful. You can get some great deals on accessories too!
You can find what you need most of the time and also the staff is very friendly and cooperative. Just don’t go on a weekend, there’ll be no place to walk around because of the small space the store has. it gets too crowded.
I’ll preface this by saying that I have never had a good experience in an Aldo. However, I needed new shoes for a wedding so I figured I’d give it another shot last week. When I walked in, the employees were being extremely obnoxious and loud and not paying attention to any of the customers in the store and did not greet one person who walked in while I was there including myself. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help or come over to assist me. I found a pair of shoes I liked and went to ask the guy worker if they had the size in a 9 to try on. The employee LAUGHED at me and very coldly and bluntly said no and proceeded to roll his eyes at me while he had a mouth full of food. He looked super annoyed at my presence so I walked out.I honestly felt stupid for asking him and started crying as soon as I was in the food court. Not once did he offer to ship a size 9 to me, or offer any assistance in helping me whatsoever. Aldo needs to do better with hiring - every employee I’ve ever encountered in an Aldo has been incredibly rude and totally unprofessional. I will never be shopping at Aldo again and I urge you to do the same as their standards are as low as the quality of their shoes.
NEVER BUY FROM ALDOSHOES.COM or ALDO--UNSANITARY DURING COVID I ordered a shoe in two different sizes. I used a 15% coupon. It took the first shoe over a week to arrive and the second over two weeks. In the interim, the shoe was marked down by 50%. When the shoes arrived, they both were a bit dirty and looked like they had been worn/scuffed on the bottom. I decided to keep the size 8, because I can't find another shoe in the color. I attempted to return the size 7.5 to the Easton Town Center location and was accused of wearing the shoes and they wouldn't accept the return. I have footage of my unboxing which I will put on my YouTube video about this, so I can prove they were sent to me in this condition. I called the customer service line to get a label for the return and to explain the situation. I also mentioned that the size 8 has a markdown sticker for $69.98. Aldoshoes.com made the decision to not honor neither the 50% markdown nor the price on the label that was placed on the shoes by one of their employees. So, in short, I was sold used merchandise--during COVID--which was shipped from two different stores. This exemplifies that this is common business practice for Aldo Shoes. I visited their Easton location to try to get this fixed, and they decided to insult me the first time and turn me away the second time. So, at the very least they owe me gas money, 2 hours of my life, and this company should be penalized for false advertisement. Anyhow, I can't wait to make a video on my channel about this messy situation. I will be sure to tag their IG as well. More people need to know about their disturbing, disgusting business practices--especially during COVID-19. The Easton location also was functioning with having COVID-positive. The manager told me that. I guess it was supposed to evoke empathy, but that's disgusting and dangerous to the public.
I walked in to return a purse that I bought two days prior only because I found a better one online and just didn’t want it there was nothing wrong with it and perfect addition everything intact paper still in the bag. The Caucasian gay Sales person was really rude about it he snatches the bag from my hand drop some money in my hand and after saying have a nice day ignores me they’re very rude and nasty
They closed the store early it was 840PM and they closed early for no reason usually closes at 9PM. Yet the workers were standing inside the store hopefully they don't get paid for the 20 minutes they just stood inside the store closed.
I loved all of the cute shoes they had there and was able to buy myself a couple cute pairs of glasses
My son and I went in on Christmas Eve, the store was packed but the help was still wonderful. Selection was awesome. He loves his shoes...we will be back!
Before ever stepping into Aldo, I had been to multiple shoe stores at Easton trying to get some assistance picking out the right shoes. I was about to give up and leave because the employees every where didn’t seem interested in helping me. As I was leaving I saw an Aldo store and thought well what do I have to lose, let me see what they have. Guess what I found, Keenan! He was standing there smiling and ready to help me find a new pair of dress shoes. Keenan was very patient with me and kind through the whole process. Yes, it was a process for me, I am picky with shoes and didn’t really want to waste more money buying a light pair of dress shoes that were just going to fall apart. Keenan helped me understand the differences between all the bottoms of the shoe, the materials the shoe are made from and why I should buy one over a different pair. Talking to Keenan was like talking to a friend who only wanted me to get the right shoes for me. I understand now it was probably my fault my old shoes kept falling apart. I never treated them for water or poslihed them or anything. Keenan taught me how to take care of my shoes and taught me about socks in the process, lol. A lot more happened there but to wrap it up Keenan is the man and you should go see him when your ready for your new shoes. Thanks Keenan, I hope you see this. P.S. I threw out my old thick black socks and ordered no show ones, lol.
