DO NOT shop here! I was scammed by this location in July of 2022, they added several optional choices to my checkout without my knowledge, to sneakily get me to pay for 50+ extra dollars worth of junk programs etc.
It was nice to be greeted when I walked in the door. This Oakley store in the mall has mainly a lot of types of glasses ranging from sports glasses for snowboarding, fashion glasses, or day-to-day glasses as well. They also have shirts and hats available as well. Tip: if you’re shopping for glasses at this store in the mall, ask an employee to help you pick them out!
Great service and great people! Answered any questions we had and didn't rush us into buying anything! The 2 pairs I purchased were both the displays and before I purchased them the employees cleaned them to make sure there weren't any marks or scratches! Very positive and upbeat!

Always great to enter the OAKLEY store at Easton in Columbus, Ohio. They have a great collection of golf apparel, T-shirts, and the latest sunglasses. The store clerk Patricio took care of me at checkout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and inquired about sized he could help me find. He’s a great asset to the OAKLEY brand.

Visiting with my family from California… gentleman with comb-over and lip rings wouldn’t let my boys shop in the store. Said they had to be 17 or older. they were 15 and 16 and we shop at Oakley in California, often. Not at Easton I guess. Horrible customer service and quite a few hundred $$$s flushed down the toilet. Your loss.
Whoever the gentleman was helping me at the Easton Oakley store on 5/14 around 5:30PM was absolutely fantastic. Great customer service. I bought a pair of Holbrook matt Black frames with Saphire polarized/prism lenses if that helps narrow it down. I'm going off of memory but I think his name was Ja'Kaii?
Ryan and Cyera were truly awesome. Helped me understand the lens technologies and found out they offer their military discount in store now. Came back later with a friend and had another great experience with Jestin. Great people and great products
Went in to see if this store had some replacement parts for my crossrange Oakley glasses. Sadly they quit making that style. But was told the parts might be online through the Oakley website.
