First class all the way. Rico was great during my fitting appointment. If you're going to this location ask for him! Suits arrived in about 2 weeks and the fit and finish was way above expectations. If you need a suit and you've never done made to measure before I can't recomend Indochino and Rico enough.

Went in today 10/31/20. VERY unhelpful. You can tell they were just trying to get rid is customers bc they didn’t want to work.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a suit and getting my measurements. First class experience. It was great to be able to touch and see the fabrics vs buying online.

I found it to be a professional environment where the associates genuinely were concerned that my purchase would make me look good. They allowed me to make my own choices, and they offered positive feedback on touches that they particularly liked

My visit was amazing. I previously did my measurements at home and I wanted to get them adjusted professionally by someone at Indochino. The whole experience was great. Can’t wait for the suit to arrive!
