Don't shop often for hats, but since the holiday season is approaching I thought some hats would make great gifts. I enter Lids and immediately a young African American man with blue/grey eyes approaches me and welcomes me. Great customer service here, talks to me about the stitch details and everything. I would also like to add even though it was almost closing time he did not rush me or anything, and I greatly appreciate that! He even convinced me to buy another hat, so I actually left with 2 hats. Overall 5-Star rating, will definitely be purchasing any type of hats here from now on!

They have a vast selection of hats. Problem is the prices are ridiculous. For a family of 5 you could pay over $200 easily. Nothing is on sale.

Scott was super helpful in designing the coolest hat for my son. Zack assisted us at pick up and was just as outgoing. This location is one of the smaller ones but carries a nice selection of the latest and most popular caps. Thanks guys my son loved his custom snap backs!!

Buy hats and get them customized too what more can ya want well I'm sure there is ideas anyway 5 stars for sure

Sales associate was super nice. We went in looking for a hat because my husband forgot his at home. They had a great selection of hats.

Didn't have that large of selection Ohio State Buckeye Hats, was told to order off line. Customer service was good. The clerk was very busy and handled it well.

Hat selection is good if you want a sports hat or something flashy. Nothing really for everyday wear just to be comfortable tho. Really needed a new hat n walked away empty handed.

I worked with 7 managers at a previous location and then came to this location a month ago. Now that manager I was working with left and now I forced to deal with the “acting” manager Stacy. She is very rude and does not understand the rules of business and keeping customers. She threatened to have me banned because I was asking her questions that she couldn’t answer and felt SHE didn’t have to answer when I’ve been a QPC customer for over 2 years and purchased hundreds of hats. This girl has no idea on how to treat and respond to customer complaints and frustrations. So corporate was called and a official complaint. Hope the call was recorded as she stated a few times because it is not going to play in her favor.

Little frustrated - picked a hat priced at $28 but register rings up at $31.99 + tax - no explanation just that’s the cost - 14% up charge from rack to register
