Great service. staff is welcoming an nice. Clothes are high quality for a good price.

Are the employes always rude? I always have bad encounters with them, and they always have a snarky attidute. Also, is there a way I can complain to corporate? It is not just one time it a is a continuous trend I notice.

This store is extremely organized. I think the store has excellent quality at the perfect price point. The sales associates have always been kind and helpful. I love how you can mix prints with basics. It’s not as big as the flagship store in NYC, but a great store with most of the inventory that is in Online. LOVE!

I love these clothes and I am so glad they got a Columbus location!! I agree they should make more sizes but that doesn’t change how nice the employees are and how good the organization of the store is. So much variety of clothing too <3

Very nice store is way smaller than I thought it would be and the layout is kinda confusing about what's being sold and what's not

I went in to this store feeling uneasy because of all the backlash it has gotten about the workers being rude, but all the workers were very nice and perfessonal and it makes me sad that the store has that reputation because it really wasn't like that. The clothes are also super cute!! I definitely suggest shopping there.
