Piper was amazing! I’ve been a guest for a while and have enjoyed my experience every time so this review is well over do. Came in this morning where there was just a little of a mix up. She was friendly, kind, and found a solution even when it was a little out of her control. As a person who readily handles escalated situations, she really did go above and beyond when it came to being helpful and solution finding. Thank you Piper and appreciate UNTUCKit.

Amazing service at a time where good customer service is hard to come by! Piper came through for me when my online order for a gift was cancelled. She emailed me links to some other options she had available in the store. Then overnighted my item to have in time for Christmas Eve. So grateful for her assistance!!

Love this store for men's dress, flannel, casual ,and dress shirts you can wear untucked and still look sharp! Kinda pricey ,but worth it. Some things on sale for as low as 50$. I went to macys jcpenneys kohl looking for a untuck style shirt for my dad and they don't have them so this place was our only option and it was very impressive. I recommend coming here for men's nice shirts. And sweaters and pants etc.

I’ve ordered quite a few shirts over the last two years online, and I just love the company and how well the shirts fit and look. Now, I visited the store and get help from Bill, the store manager. What a delightful person to do business with! He was so helpful and kind in every way shape or form. I was switching out some clothes, and he made it easy and perfect. Thank you!

Funny story. I accidentally was in the store next to untuckit and had a a horrible experience the whole time thinking I was at Untuckit once I found the CORRECT store next door I had an amazing experience!!staff THANK YOU PIPER was awesome and the shirts EXACTLY what I thought!! I have never had so many compliments on any shirts I have owned. Grey job!!!

Ordered for Christmas gift. It didn’t fit. I requested a printed return label, as I am unable to get return labels to print. I was told three times it was on its way. Today I was told for some reason that because of COVID they cannot mail printed labels! Who’s in charge of this companies customer service dept? Not good, not good at all. I would not recommend buying because of their customer service or lack there of.

Untuckit @ Easton Town Center, Ohio is THE BEST customer service of any brick and mortar retail you will ever find. They are not pushy nor do they neglect the customer. They provide a professional hand and opinion when asked. I went in just to look and left with four shirts and will be back for more. The clothes are great, but the experience is everything and the team at Easton made it a memorable one. Cheers!

This place is amazing! Bill, Andrew, Spencer and the rest of the team did a great job! Their customer service is top notch! On a personal note, this is the first time I have really looked forward to wearing my clothes. I feel like I now have things that fit me properly and it makes me feel great! I credit that all to their customer service.

Dude who is running the shop made me feel like I don't belong in there. Even gave me looks down his nose. Didn't even know there was a store. Just wanted to see the styles...Didn't even stay in for 1 min.

I found one shirt I absolutely would have bought right then & there, but right before the holiday they didn't have my size. The man who worked with me was fabulous & told me to go online to get that cool denim blue shirt.
