Very accepting place for me to shop. Visited the store as CD, but very welcoming to me as a trans woman. I like their general style and proportioning. They really hit my punk and flower-child sides with their aesthetics. I got so comfortable shopping there that I bought two swimsuits from them. Tried them on and everything. They give me time to look around, and find something that inspires me. A friend, wanted to go shopping there, so we went. And while I already knew their policy, I asked if it was alright for him to use the fitting rooms. Making it a more comfortable experience for my friend.

I love Torrid. The staff is great and their clothes are pretty nice. You need to keep an eye out for sales. Only bad thing about this location is parking.

Always a pleasure at Torrid had to go in the store today because I missed that 5:00 p.m. deadline to pay over the phone. The young lady that helped me was very nice I apologize don't know her name great customer service keep up the wonderful work

Nice store, great staff, good selection and variety of merchandise. I wish they sold bikini style panties, boyshorts and briefs are not to my taste. First time I've ever entered a store and set the alarm off, lol. They were so nice about it and explained why it happened. We all laughed about it. I'd definitely go back.

Store manager, Anna, has outstanding customer service! I work in the hospitality industry and she really impressed me with her helpful disposition and desire to help her customers. I needed to return some bathing suits that I had brought in February, pre-pandemic, and she said without hesitation, and with a happy tone, that I could bring them in and she would approve the return thank you so much!. The manager that was there that night took great care of me and made the experience easy, fun, memorable, and both ladies have created a long term loyal customer from me because of this experience. Great job ladies!!

I love this location for the most part - staff is normally very friendly and they have a lot of the styles in looking for. Today12/30 the store looked great, but sometimes it can be a little messy with clothes everywhere - it's retail, I worked it, I understand. They dont always have my size, but I'm on the bigger size so they get a limited quantity in those sizes, which I also understand. Overall I prefer this location over the other two near me.

Not much fitting. Went to other store and doesn't even go close to my size then come here and it's way above!

The associates here were so helpful. I absolutely love this place. If you are a thick girl needed some new clothes I would definitely recommend this place. The pants have such an amazing fit and feel to them.

I liked the selection of clothing and the attentiveness of staff. They fitted my girlfriend for a bra and the dressing room was attended. Prices are a bit high, and I was a bit surprised and disappointed they did not have the large band/cup size combination she needed. Otherwise, we would shop there again.
