I am more than satisfied with the customer service at Ford. Kyle was my person of contact and he made sure that I was able to get my vehicle back before the weekend. I ended up with some extenuating circumstances they all were more than accommodating. I highly recommend getting your vehicle’s services done at Ford.

Got my truck back on the road so no complaints there. Would say that it probably took a few days longer for a single injector than I personally would've anticipated that being said they were slammed. Props to Kyle for keeping me informed the entire time. Will definitely use these guys again in the future.

Very efficient sale by Taylor! He sent a great video since we were 90 miles away and almost all of the transaction was done by phone. Kendra in finance was also very professional but did her job without trying to push additional things that we assured her we did not need. Great experience!
