Had a 11:30 appointment and my car still hasn't been touched. The employees are nice but this is uncalled for. If you want a long wait this is the place for you.

Worth every penny, Great customer service and excellent work. It is slightly higher priced than the smaller car shops, but it is worth it. They are very good with honoring their warrenties on product, I never feel they are trying to get over on me. I definitely recommend to family, friends or anyone in need of car work.

Steve and Mike were super nice and very helpful. Place was busy on a Friday but I can see why.  Still treated you like you were an old friend.

Pep Boys was busy but they managed to get my flat tire fixed

Service was great manager was kind of a dill pickle. Had my car setting there for a looong while after they finished because they were waiting on estimate. They have my phone number....

Great place gets very busy. Just does not open at 730am. Try 8am.

Arrived early to drop off my vehicle, says they open at 7:30am and I didn't get in the building until 8pm which made me late for work. Waiting to hear from them about the services I asked for....
