We just purchased our second Jeep from Galeana Jeep Chrysler. The staff is so friendly that even the sales people not assisting us would ask us if we needed anything while we’re there. The sales and finance persons were top notch. No pressure to buy and will give you all the time you need to make an informed decision. We purchased the 2023 Grand Cherokee L Limited and I can tell you this car is nicer than our sons Range Rover! Don’t wait go there and make yourself happy!

Clint at the Columbia, SC location has been really helpful and professional. I had an issue with the original new grand Cherokee I bought in May that the service department could not resolve. Since then, he has done everything in his power to make the situation right and make sure I’m still happy with my purchase! He’s been great with keeping in touch and letting me know all of my options! I really appreciate him keeping my best interests at heart. It’s like working with a friend, he truly cares that the customer is happy.
Brought my Soul in for my normal oil change. Visited the express lube. Hung out in the waiting area. They have a small kid zone for the little ones, a free charging station, wifi, and vending. I think the opposite waiting room has some free snacks. Overall they are professional and efficient.
The overall experience was great and very detailed out for me. My 2020 jeep grand Cherokee transmission went outout of the ordinary, with around 68k in miles. Service Advisor, Steven Knight was very thorough, and of course he's very knowledgeable with his ovservation. He handled it with perfection and very professionally. "He's the G.O A.T". He was attentive and kept me informed of the status of the work and progress. Great job! The vehicle is running great. Thanks Steven and The Galeana service techs for an awesome job!
We scheduled two appointments to have our car examined. The first appointment they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. I felt this to be completely normal, and was fine with it. I was told parts would only take a few days. Fast forward 1 week, maybe longer, and I hadn't received a call. So I called to ask about my parts, and they said they were in and apologized for not calling, which I was okay with as I understand things sometimes get forgotten about, overlooked, etc. I schedule the time for the work to be done and am told it would be about a 2.5-3 hour job. So I chose to shop the work around, went ahead and paid for and picked up the parts, but kept the appointment in case we couldn't find someone to do it any cheaper and we couldn't. So today, we had our appointment and my wife called and informed the service department she was running behind as she would be about 30 minutes late. She was told no problem. At 9AM she gets the car checked in and decides to go and try take up some of the wait time by going to the zoo and return around lunch time. Fast forward 6.5 hours later, and Galeana still hasn't finished. **UPDATE** I spoke to an amazing manager named Carmen who was deeply sympathetic and empathetic. Offered to make it right and did. Because of this gesture, I've moved the rating from a 1 to a 3 as I feel they really did show and make an attempt they care for their customers.
I had an amazing experience today with Johnnie McDuffie. I trade and purchase cars often, and found Johnnie to be a straight shooter and honest. No pressure, no gimmicks, we agreed on a deal, and everything went smooth. The manager working the numbers with us was also amazing, working with the numbers he got me where I wanted to be. The finance guy was quick and efficient, unlike most experiences, he asked me once if I wanted any extended warranty, when I said no, it was never mentioned again. I'll definitely be back here for my next vehicle.
Jeff is an amazing service manager at Galeana. He did an amazing job on my Kia Optima after a recall left it with a blown engine. We are truly blessed to have met him. Jeff went above and beyond to get us the help we needed. Thank you so much!!! I would recommend him to anyone.
I recently bought a new vehicle from Galeana and was very pleasantly surprised by the professional, low-pressure approach taken by the sales sales staff and everyone else involved through the whole process. They made it as quick and easy as it possibly can be and I feel like I got a good deal on the new vehicle. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.
Dex Goodwin is a very kind person who genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to listen to what I was considering buying. He offered suggestions and treated me like family. He was patient with me while I made my decision on what to buy. I recently lost my husband, so going into a dealership was an extremely scary thought, but this is not my first purchase with Dex. He sold me my two previous vehicles, so when I decided to look at trading my vehicle in for another, I knew Dex was the person that I was going to go to because he’s awesome. Highly respectful, knowledgeable and kind are just some of the adjectives I would use to describe Dex Goodwin. Thank you Dex!!!
