Classic Optical

I have been going to Dr Tan for over 2 decades. Her practice has state of the art technology and she's very thorough when she does her exam. I love Classic Optical and would recommend! The scheduling is easy and flexible. The staff is friendly & professional.

I been coming here since the 90’s. Never had any complaints. The ladies that work here are always so kind and very welcoming and very professional. If you need a great eye doctor, come here. Promise that you will not be disappointed.

I dropped off a pair of frames just to have the lenses changed after getting my eye exam. I was told it would be done in about 2 days no longer than a week. I have now been waiting a month and still no glasses. Nobody called me to tell me anything I finally called and was told my lens was on back order they should have it by the end of the week. I told them to put my old lenses back in and return my deposit. They argued with me and then told me to hold on, I was on hold for 10 minutes. I finally hung up. I would not recommend this place at all!!!

Very helpful. Dr. Chang was very thorough. I went for glasses. She diagnosed a problem that two other eye specialists did not inform me of. The staff was very courteous.

Everyone was very professional to me. I really like the doctor she’s a very pleasant person. Staff members also pleasant and helpful to me when picking out my glasses.

If there was a no star option I would pick it. My child has special needs and the Dr made me feel so uncomfortable. She said she wasn't used to working with kids like this and even suggested that next time I go elsewhere CHOP or St. Chris. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I would not recommend any parent that has a special needs child to visit this place, unless you don't mind being disrespected!!

Visiting classic one today it was a pleasure to meet everyone . I felt like a queen, every one was nice and friendly to me. Explains everything to me so I can understand what they was doing and what I have to have done. They are very professional when they are with their patients. I would recommend them to anybody and everyone.

My husband and I LOVE Classic Optical rising sun location. The people here are amazing. They always make us feel comfortable and their customer service is phenomenal. We love it here.

Doctor is so rude I will not be going back there.. All I did was ask a question and she got smart, guy in front of me was having the same issue and she gave him a attitude as well. Not the first time neither, I let her slide the first time cause everyone have bad days but I will not let her slide a second time.. I will not be returning there, the owner needs to learn to talk to her patients better. That’s how she makes money

This place is selling glasses that are supposed to be designer frames, with nothing to authentic them. I purchased a pair of Roberto Cavalli frames gave them my prescription from my eye doctors which when I received the glasses they didn't have the case. I was told o they sent the wrong case we have to send for it. I called for a while and a year later still no case and the measurements for my progressive lens is WRONG. DON'T USE THEM THEY CANNOT PROVE WHAT THEY ARE SELLING IS AUTHENTIC.
