Staff are nice and respectful. They well informed me and treated my son great. Glasses arrived in a timely manner. I'm glad i chose them to be our glasses provider.

Very unorganized office. My mother and I had an appointment on 11/30/22. My mom had to call herself last week to see if her glasses arrived because she hadn’t heard anything. Her glasses were there and had been there for some time but nobody notified her. Here I am almost a month later still waiting on my glasses. I’ve been calling the office every day for a week and the receptionist just keeps telling me she doesn’t deal with the glasses and keeps blaming someone else who hasn’t been in the office for over a week. Everyday I am told the lady is coming into the office in the afternoon and that she will have her call me back with answers. Here I am still waiting with no answers or not even an update.

ugh where to start we have brought my sons glasses twice to get the lenses fixed because there is a scratch on them and both times they come back with the same scratches ugh i am so frustrated . it’s ashame because the staff is really nice and respectful but ugh

Wonderful practice. Friendly, attentive staff. From reception to the exam to frame choice, Mayfair Eye Associates should be your one stop choice for vision care if you're in the Northeast. If you have a decent vision plan like VSP they can have you in a new set of specs for very little out of pocket expense and in a stylish choice of frames. I used to go to For Eyes on Cottman Ave and MEA has the same neighborhood touch when it comes to service and selection. Highly recommended!

Got my eye exam there for glasses and contacts. Ordered prescription glasses from there. When I received the glasses I couldn't see with them. Everything was blurry. I returned them. They ordered me another pair. Same exact problem. Returned them almost two months ago and haven't even gotten a call about my glasses, another exam, or anything. I can't even go to another eye doctor because I used up my insurance with them.

I have been going here for approximately 20 years very professional outstanding staff always a pleasure to have eyes checked service is outstanding definitely worth going to if you need your eyes checked. Or need glasses Staff is outstanding, courteous, thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, doctors very professional and a very knowledgeable and nice caring person

Got glasses for my daughter there. We have been trying to pick them up for weeks. Every time we go based on hours posted they are closed. Sitting out front currently at 1230p when hours state 1p closing time for Saturday. Glasses were ordered months ago and they have not reached out once to see why we haven’t been there to pick up. Selection is also bare minimum.

Dr. Bennet is fantastic. Really knows his stuff and has built a team of awesome people to work in this office. Probably my favorite doctor ever. I've gone to some of the other doctors that have worked with him over the years and they have always been top notch.

I had a great experience with them. I didn't have to wait till be called, they gave me an appointment at 2:00 pm and I see the doctor at 2:00 o'clock. The staff is very friendly and the Doctor very professional.

2022 is the first year I’ve been there! My son is amazed that he gets his glasses soon
