I have been going to Dr. Weldon since I was 16 years old— almost 15 years now. I feel utterly disrespected by the office staff. They wouldn’t let me enter without a mask I didn’t have one on me—after all, the mandates have been lifted for almost a year now. They refused to offer one. They told me to wait outside. Who treats patients this way? Fortunately a nice man offered me one on his way out. I am disappointed with the staff and the manner in which they treat patients. We will be finding a new eye doctor and this will be our last visit.
I called a 3 different places for my daughter. 1 said they take our insurance, then had to call us back and tell us that they didn't actually take our insurance the day of the appt. I called another place, and was transferred to a local office, and disconnected. No call back. I called another place, and automated service didn't understand a word I was saying...and couldn't press 0 to reach a human. I finally call Eye Options - and within 3 rings, someone picks up, confirms they take ALL of my insurance for my daughter, and found a way to book me SAME DAY! I'm a techy, but I love true customer/human service more. She was kind and pleasant over the phone and I'm grateful!
Eye Options' front desk staff is friendly amd helpful. Dr. Weldon is a competent optometrist with an awesome "bedside manner."
Paid cash money and I’m not a guy who is looking for super customers service. I’m not going back there.
10/22 - they will not let you in if you don’t have a mask and they don’t provide one either. Masks are not required anywhere I go anymore, but here yes. It’s ridiculous! If you want people to come in with a mask when no one uses them anymore - provide one at the entrance! + disrespectful personnel. Will not come back again!
Dr. Moore and Dr. Weldon are both fabulous and I will continue with their services. However, I am very disappointed with the price increase in frames/lenses and will not be purchasing again from here. I ordered a replacement pair of glasses and there was a 25% increase!! That's absurd. I ordered the SAME EXACT glasses in Oct for $151, and today June was charged $188. Only to be told the change was due to "inflation" Interesting how a company like Warby Parker, who also source their frames from China, have not changed their prices AT ALL. I wish I had done my due diligence and shopped around before making a hasty call as I was desperate for a replacement pair of glasses. The glasses are fine, but I really regret the purchase. I could've saved myself $88..... and had the same quality of eyewear. I will continue with my exams here, but will not be purchasing glasses from here in the future. When I went in the store there was no signage explaining these rising prices to the customers..."we're sorry to inform you, due to the cost of x..." nothing. No explanation. Buyer Beware. Very disappointing!

I’ve been going to Eye Options for years, first with Dr Levine & now with Dr Moore. They’ve both been excellent in providing care & responding to your issues & concerns. Front office staff hasn’t always been the friendliest, they’ve had a few who were just rude & short tempered but they’ve definitely improved over the years.
I've been wearing glasses for almost 50 years. I've been to approximately 10 different eye Dr's. The last 18 years or so,it's been Eye Options. The eye Dr's.are very professional and personable. Staff is top notch. Joe the owner, can't ask for a better,nicer,professional, caring person to help with a problem. Bent over backwards 2 tears ago for me. Didnt charge me for another set of complete glasses
Been going to Eye Options for over 20 years now, and my daughter has been going since she was little. Everybody is always very friendly, it's like a family there. Girls at the front desk always extremely helpful & friendly. Joe has always gone out of his way to help me with my glasses, and Dr. Moore is Fantastic. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
