Thank you to the outstanding team of Clayton Homes in Lowell AR!!! They helped us purchase our new home and walked us through the whole process. Patrick, Wes, Paul, and Sheryl are who we worked with from the beginning until the end! Completion time was amazingly fast! Always picked up the phone and even Saturdays. I purchased a home from Clayton Homes in Lowell AR, and I want to say that the experience was great. Patrick, Wes, and the whole team were always attentive by taking their time explaining any questions or concerns that popped up during the process of the paperwork associated with the purchase, or the several options given for colors, cabinets, etc. I've been moved in for five months now, and repairs have shown up here and there but Sheryl, who I was pointed to call for repairs scheduling, has always been attentive. Stephen, the handy man does a clean job on any type of repair. I also want to add that the energy smart package does wonders, I've noticed a big impact on my power bill at least for the summer. I believe Clayton has several modular homes builders to choose from (SE Homes, Clayton, etc.), therefore, I do recommend on looking up the reviews on the building company that has your interest. There are a few things that SE Homes way of building got me disappointed (Not using the correct nail sizes on the cabinetry work, or the slope towards the back that my kitchen counter has all around, and a few other things.) I will definitely do business with Clayton Homes in the future. Luis Garcia

1st visit I basically got called a crook, I told him I was a self employed contractor. Then he made it clear he didn't want to waste to much time on me . Told me that he has only got 1 self employed person a loan in the 5 years he has been there .Said we can't prove our income cause we hide our income . At that point I felt like he thought I was dishonest, I won't mention his name but the other salesman call him grumpy old man, I wasn't there to make friends anyway. 2nd visit brought the wife we looked at a few and when giving back the keys, salesman smelt like booze and could of use a mint, 3rd visit after being handled a list of lenders and getting a good luck from the sales man on the 1st visit. Got qualified and went to buy a home. I could of bought any place in there. We made our choice and was ready to buy. Then the price went up from the 1st visit. Went someplace else, got the exactly the same home completely set up with a AC for a 1300 less the 1st price they gave me. No hard feeling.just thought you might care to know. We got a new home in the end.

My wife and went there because of their internet price on their breeze 2 for 71,000.00 they told me that was not the price and jacked it up to 83,000.00 so I left and went to a different Clayton home and gott that price I wanted. So go to different one and you see what I mean.
