The owners are rude! The man that sold us the house didn't tell us everything that was wrong with it. They just kept saying that the house was in "great" condition needless to say it wasn't. The hot water heater needed to be replaced along with one of the bath tubs not having water going to it! Don't take their word for anything! Check everything out yourself!

Very professional service..these guys are on top of their game ! Came in, disconnected the utilities, unskirted, unblocked, relocated, blocked and leveled, anchored and secured  my 16x70 without tearing anything up..Went out of their way to assist me in getting the utilities hooked back up..All In My Absence...With these Folks, You Get What You Pay For..Great Job ! Thanks Gerald...
