We took my son's HP laptop in as it shut off unexpectedly. I didn't realize that Clever specialized in Apple products more, but this was the closest place open on the weekend. The tech was going to refer me to a PC shop, but he took a look anyway. There was a tiny bit of contamination on a pin for one of the RAM cards, and after cleaning the chip card and the socket, the laptop booted up normally. 1/2 hour in and out for a reasonable price. Friendly, professional and helpful.

AMAZING!!! I broke my charger port on my computer, but was only in town for a couple days. They understood my time crunch and had me bring it and get it fixed the same day. Excellent customer service and the computers been working great!

Been going here for years for work & personal tech support. Doing events with live music and having a small team we had a few laptops & would transport them frequently. Things happen, so we came here. There's seemingly no issues they can't fix, they can communicate the issues to people that aren't computer savvy in a simple manner. They will go the extra mile every time. These are companies you want to always do business with, I don't plan on using anyone else.

Brought my MacBook and Apple Thunderbolt display here for various issues. Eduardo and Ricardo are absolutely amazing! These guys diagnosed the problem and fixed both units in less than 2 hours. The pricing is extremely fair and the service is top notch! I would give 10 stars if I had the option.

They fixed my macbook about a year ago however it was a poor quality job and the screen would not hold up and they couldn’t replace it because it was out of warranty. Although I got an email saying they would once I returned from Korea. I just went to an Apple store and the Apple specialist told me it is missing four screws inside and most of the screws will not come out because they are stripped. Although they were nice, I feel really disappointed in their service. Go to the Apple store, don’t risk your device.

Most amazing, courteous, honest repair shop I've ever visited. Fantastic customer service, quick turn time, some of the most reasonable prices, and they back their work. I am so impressed.

Eduardo was very helpful, he fixed my Lenovo laptop right away…and didn’t take much time to fix it, was very smart to fix it soon
