Disgusted. I received a call from here today stating that Tom had personal business information of mine to discuss and he needed me to confirm the day of my birth and my SS #. The rep wouldn't tell me what company they were calling from, and I told him I was uncomfortable giving him personal information to someone who says they are working on my file and I have no knowledge of them,or which company he was working with. He said he marked me as a "refusal to answer," and still wouldn't give me the name of his company. I waited on hold calling back the number that called me to be welcomed by a robot who finally put me through to Seth who let me know that the number is hooked to Client Financial Services. You Should all be ashamed of yourselves. Scam artists. They call you sounding like a bill collector (interesting, I have no bills outstanding, let alone in collections) and try to get you to confirm your personal information so I am sure they can use it elsewhere.

Have cleared check, account paid 45 days prior, received first collection notice. Defamation of Credit!

I contacted this company to resolve an issue. I wanted to get to the bottom of the situation but was unsuccessful due to the lack of "any" kind of professional assistance. The original agent( Julie) was so inept from the start that it wasn't a surprise that I caught her in some lies, and her reasoning was just off the wall. Requested to chat with a supervisor and he was no better by getting on the defensive side, putting words in my mouth, and all around just acting like a telephone tuff guy..All could have been avoided if they just followed their so called "vision statement" they post on their web site..For any anybody wanting to retain them I would avoid.. After all, my intentions were to simply get it "resolved"..People like this working for anybody would redefine the term " competence"..And lets not forget ethical..
