We had a raccoon family living in one chimney and a birds nest clogging the other chimney and James took out the babies carefully and returned them to the frantic mother who was running back and forth from the chimney to the roof. It was a exciting experience and I'm so glad that the racoon's are gone and the birds nest was clogging my water heater exhaust. Thank you again James!

Good work. Rob was professional and gave me an upfront estimate. Not pushy with stuff I didn’t have the budget for at this time. The fireplace looked like brand new after he cleaned it.
